(NEW) SY2025-26 Bus Service Application
Returning Students: the online 2025-26 bus application will be available on
March 24, 2025 at 8:00 am through April 30, 2025 at 11:59 pm.
You may still submit an application after the April 30th deadline; however, your child may be placed on a waitlist based on seating availability.
New invites (Grades K, 4, 6 and 9): the bus application will be available on the day of the New Student Orientation:
- Gr. 9 will open on Friday, March 28 at 6:00 pm
- Gr. 6 will open on Saturday, March 29 at 8:00 am
- Gr. K & 4 will open on Saturday, May 3 at 8:00 am

A few tips when you complete the bus application:
- When you reach the end of the bus application, please know you will need to hit the submit button twice.
- 'Click to proceed' button brings you back to the top of the page and the system wants you to confirm the information is correct.
- 'Submit' will submit the application and then you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
- If you experience technical issues when trying to access the Bus Application, first clear the Cookies and/or Cache in your web browser's history. If you still have accessibility issues, please use a different web browser (i.e. Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari).
Financial Aid Applicants
We suggest you apply as soon as possible, even if you have not received confirmation from Financial Aid, because seats fill up quickly. If for some reason you do not receive full/partial financial aid, please e-mail Transportation along with an explanation and we will work with you to cancel your child's bus transportation.
All students (Returning & New)
ʻOhana may apply for one bus route in the morning and/or one bus route in the afternoon – multiple bus routes are not allowed. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the application is submitted.
Priority for bus seat assignments is on a first-come, first-served basis. Bus seats are limited, and your child may be wait listed based on seat availability. Transportation will provide buses for service areas based upon the number of applicants and may add/remove/combine routes to meet the minimum count for bus service.
- Note: The Prince Kūhiō Plaza bus stop times listed on the bus application are based upon the previous school year's schedule and may be subject to change. Bus seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, therefore it is not guaranteed your child will be assigned to the specific bus route time you have selected.
Bus Seat Approval Letters and further information (bus assignment, bus schedule, etc.) will be mailed to ʻohana in July.
