All bus applications that were submitted by 6-29-2023 have been processed. Bus Seat Award Letters and Bus Passes will be mailed out this week. Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive it in the USPS mail.
You can view your child's bus seat assignment on the Master Bus List , and the Bus Schedule has also been posted. Both are located under the Parents tab, then select 2023-2024. Please review the Bus Seat Award Letter, Bus Pass, and Bus Schedule for important information. Due to mailing restrictions, we will provide badge reels and plastic (at no charge) to all Divisions for your keiki. NOTES: All students that are highlighted in YELLOW, indicates that the primary route selection (AM and/or PM) is FULL. Please email our office if mom or dadʻs first name is printed on your child's bus pass. This usually indicates an error upon completion of the bus application. We will be happy to correct it. Effective Wednesday, July 5, the R4-E and R4-M/H Pahoa buses will be combined into one bus (R4) for the remainder of the summer program. The HS Early Release Bus Schedule for Wednesday, May 24th has been posted below. This bus schedule affects all grade levels, therefore please review your keiki’s drop-off time. Evening buses will operate on Thursday, May 18, however, it is the last day for evening buses of the school year. There will be no Evening bus service for the last week of school May 22 through 24. On Friday, May 5th, Elementary School will be released early at 11:15 am and Middle School will be released at 11:30 am. For High School, there are no changes to the bus schedule on May 5th and High School buses will operate according to the normal bus schedule. ![]()
Evening Buses will be running as scheduled for Monday, April 24th and 25th. Middle School is in-session on Monday, and High School will be in-session on Tuesday.
Buses will depart the MS Ramp at 5:40 pm, and buses will depart the HS Ramp at 6:00 pm. Aloha,
The 2023-2024 online bus application is now working. We had an issue earlier this morning, however our programmer was able to correct it. Mahalo for your patience Due to the Merrie Monarch festivities, the Wong Stadium Buses will make every effort to drop off our haumāna in front of the Dr. Francis Wong Memorial Stadium. If vehicles are blocking the roadway leading to the Stadium, we will adjust the drop-off as needed.
Estimated drop-off times are: 3:10 pm R6-E 3:40 pm R6-M 4:10 pm R6-H The SY2023-24 Bus Application for returning students will be available Monday, April 3, 2023 at 8:00 am.

ʻOhana may apply for one bus route in the morning and/or one bus route in the afternoon – multiple bus routes are not allowed. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the application is submitted. Priority for bus seat assignments is on a first-come, first-served basis. Bus seats are limited, and your child may be wait listed based on seat availability. Transportation will provide buses for service areas based upon the number of applicants and may add/remove/combine routes to meet the minimum count for bus service.
Bus Seat Approval Letters and further information (bus assignment, bus schedule, etc.) will be mailed to ʻohana in July. Due to the Hōʻike event, there will be NO AFTERNOON bus service for High School bus riders on:
There will be evening bus service for High School bus riders after the Hō’ike is finished for the following bus routes:
There will be NO EVENING bus service for Prince Kūhiō Plaza or Wong Stadium bus riders, therefore ‘ohana will need to make their own arrangements to pick up their keiki when Hōʻike ends. High School bus riders must be assigned to an afternoon bus route (as stated on the RFID bus pass) in order to utilize the evening buses on the above dates. Riders will need to scan their RFID bus pass when boarding/exiting the bus. Elementary and Middle School buses will operate according to the normal/daily bus schedule. ![]()
